Customer Service Representative for Government Customer
Company: Peckham
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site position)
SUMMARY
In this role, you will be answering phone calls from U.S. citizens, providing them with information on policies, practices, and procedures. Successful candidates need to be customer-oriented with excellent communication and problems-solving skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay rate: $17.84/40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, multiple shift options available
Holiday Pay: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and more
Drug Screening: Drug Certification form required
Additional Information: Masks are mandatory
