    Customer Service Representative for Government Customer

    Company: Peckham

    Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site position)

    SUMMARY

    In this role, you will be answering phone calls from U.S. citizens, providing them with information on policies, practices, and procedures. Successful candidates need to be customer-oriented with excellent communication and problems-solving skills.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide superior customer service
    • Follow established procedures to route calls correctly
    • Resolve customer inquiries effectively using problem-solving skills
    • Accurately log customer information into the database
    • Handle calls professionally, including those in crisis situations
    • Manage call time effectively and maintain quality standards
    • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
    • Adhere to safety and health protocols
    • Flexible work hours including weekends

    Pay rate: $17.84/40 hours per week

    Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

    Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, multiple shift options available

    Holiday Pay: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and more

    Drug Screening: Drug Certification form required

    Additional Information: Masks are mandatory

    • Regular temperature checks and health screenings
    • Cleaning protocols for symptomatic cases
