    Description

    This customer service position supportsconstituents including education administrators, community members, educationpartners, and Arizona students' families. Responsibilities include providingtechnical assistance on adult education classes and pathways for earning a highschool equivalency diploma. Key duties:

    Distribute public information materials on adulteducation.

    Maintain databases tracking informationdissemination.

    Respond to high school equivalency and adulteducation inquiries.

    Digitize and manage student testing records.

    Collaborate on maintaining and updating requestforms and website information.

    Support program managers with materials forconferences and training.

    Handle urgent issues and coordinate with vendorsfor resolutions.

    Skills Required This is a full-time in-office position and requires candidateto be in-office Monday through Friday, from 8AM through 4:30PM, except Stateholidays. Computer: High-level of PC proficiency and familiarity with a call centerenvironment, including the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel/Word/PPT,Teams, etc.); multi-monitors Customer Service: Knowledge of customer serviceprinciples and practices, proper phone and email etiquette, knowledge toidentify and escalate situations requiring management attention, knowledge toadvise constituent of resolution and/or appropriate action(s), thoroughunderstanding of issue triage and documentation, thorough understanding oflevel 1 support and escalation procedures. Communication: Excellentbusiness-professional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills,including active listening. Office skills: Proper organizing and multitasking,efficient communication with high-level individuals, attention to detail inverbal and written work, effective listening skills, knowledge of customerservice confidentiality, data entry and records maintenance. Other: Ability tofollow documented and measured procedures, to adapt to changing priorities, toorganize and utilize time well, to prioritize and manage multiple assignments,to work independently and as part of an effective team, and to support eventplanning preparation

    Skills Preferred Phone: CISCO Finesse and CISCO Jabber multi-line experience.Language: Bi-lingual Spanish/English speaker preferred.

    Experience Required Minimum understanding of adult education and high schoolequivalency programs.

    Education Required High school, HSE diploma, or equivalent, or higher.
