Our new project is all about assembly management in plant construction in the Leipzig area.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring all activities on the construction site
Your focus is on ensuring compliance with construction and assembly contracts and taking corrective measures if necessary
You coordinate the work of construction and assembly companies on site, create progress reports, and arrange meetings on the construction site
You also act as a technical support in all matters related to construction site management and serve as a point of contact for clients

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or plant engineering
You also have several years of professional experience in the field of international plant construction
You have knowledge of personnel management due to your previous experience
Your personal strengths include strong organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
