HR Generalist Role and Responsibilities:

Administer benefits enrollment, ensuring comprehensive packages for employees.
Develop HR policies aligned with best practices and legal requirements.
Support employee relations, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate records, including employee files and performance evaluations.
Stay updated on industry trends and laws to ensure compliance.

HR Generalist Qualifications:

Experience as an HR Generalist, focusing on benefits and recruitment.
Strong grasp of HR principles, laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Must have experience working with an applicant tracking system
Proven confidentiality and discretion.
