    We are seeking experienced corporate and commercial contract attorneys for challenging engagement positions with corporate legal departments.

    We have opportunities to work 40, 30 or even 25 hours a week while maintaining the sophistication of your current corporate practice, advising business partners directly on legal matters and related business risks.


    Requirements of the Senior Corporate Attorney:
    7+ years of corporate and commercial contracts experience
    Capability to step in and independently negotiate and draft complex matters pertaining to business unit strategies, transactions, and operations
    Extensive experience working in a corporate law department, with a business approach to solving complex legal problems, and the capability to partner directly with business leaders
    Excellent communication and risk-assessing skills, and ability to prioritize multiple demands efficiently
    J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
    Excellent academic credentials
    Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
    Outstanding references

    Minneapolis-St. Paul (remote, on-site or hybrid)

    Compensation
    The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.

    In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.

    Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional expense stipend
