    Job Description

    Adams & Martin Group is currently seeking a skilled corporate M&A associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in mergers and acquisitions, dealing with various corporate transactions. This position offers the chance to work on intricate deals, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and contribute to clients' success in the dynamic field of corporate law.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in all aspects of M&A transactions, such as due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and finalizing deals
    • Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law and regulatory issues
    • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on deal structuring, strategy, and implementation
    • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
    • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and other corporate issues
    • Support business development initiatives, including client presentations

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
    • 5+ years of corporate law practice experience, with a focus on M&A transactions preferred
    • Strong understanding of corporate finance, securities regulations, and governance principles
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated commitment to client service and building strong relationships
