- Provide necessary personal care services based on client/patient requirements
- Assist with daily tasks such as feeding, meal prep, linen changes, housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shopping
- Support client mobility as per care plan and report changes to Director of Nursing
- Minimum 1 year documented caregiver or home care assistance experience
- Ability to work one weekend per month and minimum 10 hours weekly
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified CPR and negative TB test, licensed driver with reliable, insured vehicle
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and various mobility tasks
