    Description

    The ABRITE Organization is seeking full-time and part-time Behavior Technician (otherwise known as Behavior Interventionists or Registered Behavior Technicians) to provide behavioral intervention with children 1 to 18 years of age in the Santa Clara area including Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Campbell and/or Milpitas.

    Services are delivered in the home, center, preschools and community settings.
    500 Retention Bonus at 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment (FT, partial bonus for PT)

    The position entails delivering 1:1 behavioral instruction to the children in our program in their natural environment, after extensive initial and ongoing training on the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

    Our RBTs are taught to deliver teaching across developmental domains while taking data on all learning targets with the overall goal to increase skills while decreasing problem behaviors that interfere with learning.

    After training, all behavior technicians who meet performance criteria can sit for the RBT exam (with reimbursement for 1 test fee).

    Interested in learning about ABA

    • Energetic person who enjoys working with children.
    • Interested in a career path in education, psychology, or teaching
    • Must have your own car and valid driver's license.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement.
    • All applicants must be vaccinated as we currently have a mandatory vaccine contingency against COVID19.
