Description

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct oneonone therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with teaching new skills and behaviors to clients
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and modify treatment plans

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities and holding active RBT will be a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic principles and techniques

• Premium pay based on experience and qualifications, contractor position with 1099 Tax
