Position Summary:


The main responsibilities of the Media Administrative PR Assistant are to support and collaborate with the FELD Entertainment and PBR Lead Buyer in the organization of public relations functions on a national scale, press release administration/delivery, event ticket delivery/administration, among other tasks as requested by the Lead Buyer.

The Media Administrative PR Assistant will also coordinate media contracts and promotions as directed by the Lead Buyer as well as build and complete Ad Packs for all shows on the schedule.

This position reports directly to the Media Director.


Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Supports the media department throughout the media buy process, follow up on tasks, and database updates
  • Coordinates communication for ticketing between project managers, promoters, venues and media department
  • Manages 3rd party vendors related to media buying and payment
  • Communicates with media outlet representatives though the public relations coordination and process
  • Maintains relationship with media outlets and vendors for PR efforts
  • Organizes media ledgers per event with respective back up (also known as adpack)
  • Works closely with social media coordinator on all projects/pending's
  • Works closely with media buyers to support ticket management, adpack, coordination of PR effort/integration, and follow up communication with promoters

Skills | Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, business, media related services or 12 years of experience in a related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Analyzing information, basic budgeting skills, problemsolving, professionalism, verbal communications and understanding of advertising basics.
  • Knowledge in developing appropriate media content across various platforms
  • Ability to foster longterm relationships vendors, clients, and various business relationships
  • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
  • A natural leader who displays strong decisionmaking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, media advertisement skills, and public relations skills
