- Prepare RFI's, Change Orders, Construction schedules, prepare/review submittals, create/monitor submittal schedules and equipment/material release schedules, closeouts, as-built's, IOM's
- Communicate and coordinate daily with our Field Superintendents and Foreman to keep the field working efficiently and productive.
- Direct liaison between our field staff and the owners, Owners representatives, Architects and Engineers
- Attend site meetings, filed observation visits
- Forecast needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to prevent lost time while paying attention to budgetary limitations
- Evaluate project vitals / progress and prepare reports for office and management staff

- Proven experience as a project manager in the MEP fields
- knowledge of major mechanical systems; pipe, valves and fittings
- A strong understanding of both the private and public sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and PM principles
- Direct experience with School Work including the added pressures and precautions of short/strict timelines and an environment occupied by children.
- Understanding of Prevailing wage, public bidding process
- Healthy understanding of OSHA and other health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Project, etc.
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's in project management or Mechanical Engineering Preferred but not required
