- Providing complex financial analysis and research in support of management decision-making for consolidated liquidity planning primarily related to the firm's Deposits.
- Creating and calibrating deposit concentration risk limits and deposit outflow metrics.
- Identifying and implementing solutions related to complex liquidity issues and contribute to on-going strategic decisions within Treasury and company-wide.
- Preparation of additional ad-hoc analyses/presentations and completing special projects within tight deadlines.
- Assist in the development, maintenance and execution of Governance & Oversight framework documentation and controls including reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management and Model Governance teams.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- 2+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or some other quantitative field.
- Knowledge and understanding of deposits.
- Experience in regulatory requirements related to recovery and resolution planning and liquidity risk management.
- Experience in bank regulatory matters including, but not limited to, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review, Dodd-Frank, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, and Recovery & Resolution Planning.
- Experience in bank capital or liquidity analysis and research of balance sheet components, including capital and/or liquidity stress tests.
- Experience with financial models especially in areas of documentation and governance.
- Comfort with defined and undefined responsibilities which may evolve over time
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar querying methods or tools.
