This is a hybrid role that works in the office part of the week and at home part of the week.
This position will focus on supporting the cash management team within the Treasury Department responsible for accurately calculating Corporate's daily cash position, electronic payment processing, and full support for Field banking needs.
A successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication skills.Responsibilities:
Process electronic payments in accordance with Corporate policies Determine Corporate's daily cash position Verify legitimacy of prior day's cash activity Establish banking for Field operations and provide full support and problem resolution Record cash concentration sweeps from Field Depository accounts Establish Corporate banking or change services as required Maintain user access to Banks' online systems Set up new electronic payment templates in accordance with Corporate policies Maintain integrity of department banking database Open/Close bank accounts Monitor bank fees and maintain bank fee budget Set up operations with Fintech (a liquor purchase payment program)
Record Fintech invoices by line item Maintain cash concentration system Research unidentified incoming electronic payments and provide booking instructions Participate in analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and procedures, and implement identified improvements Special projects as requiredCandidate Traits/Skills:

Candidate Qualifications:
