    Apply today to learn more and join the teamA Brief OverviewThe Treasury Management Operations Supervisor will provide active day to day leadership and support to Treasury Operations team members.

    The Supervisor will be able to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced environment which supports business customers and their Treasury Management needs.

    The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the Operations Team maintains appropriate levels of risk mitigation and customer service standards.

    This position will provide oversight to team members for projects.

    What you will doOversee the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Management teamCollaborate with management on strategic planning and projects; execute department strategies and set department goalsReview department reports and statisticsOversight of individual and team professional developmentIdentify and communicate process improvement needsDrive department performance to meet SLAsResolve escalated customer calls/issuesMaintain quality assurance performance standards for departmentConduct ongoing review risk mitigation practices within the department; collaborate on department fraud trendsApprove product and service approvals at elevated limits and/or levelsPerform other duties and projects as assignedUnderstand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policySupervises the work of a group of direct reports.

    Responsible for performance management and evaluations; hiring and staffing, scheduling. Enforces policies and procedures. Directs day-to-day work of employees, through supervision of lead staff or directly. Supervisory responsibilities may be limited to a specific shift or a portion of a function, facility or location. May assist with training and payroll. Coaches and develops staff.

    Minimum RequirementsTypically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related functional experience and prior supervisory experiencePreferred RequirementsPrior experience in banking or financial institutionKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective interpersonal and leadership skillsFocus on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without degradation to quality of work producedExcellent decision-making and judgment skillsStrong knowledge of banking regulations, department processes and proceduresAbility to solve complex problemsAbility to understand and improve processesStrong knowledge of fraud trendsAbility to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsFrequently remains stationary throughout a typical business dayFrequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printerOccasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other roomsOccasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heightsFrequently reaches for and handles paperwork and filesConstantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phoneMust be able to exchange accurate informationFirstBank does not currently offer fully remote positions, except as required by law.

    The actual number of in-office days that may be required will vary by business unit, role, and business need.
