    Position Summary
    The IT Operations Supervisor oversees operational IT services in their domain. They lead the team, coordinate cross-organizationally, and act as a coach and escalation point for their teams during outages and problems. Responsibilities include reporting operational risks and supporting service restoration.

    • Operations Management: Enforce support procedures, maintain the IT knowledge base, assess team performance, lead continuous process improvement, and manage expenses.
    • Leadership: Develop staff, manage work performance, and schedule resources efficiently.
    • Service Lifecycle: Manage service demand according to IT strategic priorities and ensure proper engagement for Capital investments.
    • Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert knowledge to the team and stay updated on industry trends.

    Minimum Requirements
    - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    - Two years of previous people leadership experience.
    - Five years of related functional experience.
    - Strong communication and relationship management skills.
    - Knowledge of technical products within the operational domain.
    - Experience in managing system or equipment change deployment.
    - Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and build effective relationships with diverse work groups.
    - Familiarity with ITIL or other service management practices.

    Preferred Requirements
    - Operations Center experience.
    - Familiarity with ServiceNow.
    - Knowledge of Agile Methodology.

    The starting base pay range for this position is between $81,000.00 and $115,867.00 per year, with eligibility for various benefits including annual incentive programs, medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
