We are currently seeking to add a _Material Handler/ Receiver_ to our team.


Responsibilities and Requirements:


Ensures orderly production and distribution of materials by receiving and/ or pulling from inventory, distributing production materials and supplies where required, and staging material for production work. This position also contributes to the orderly operation and inventory control of stock and material storage areas.

• Unload and receive all shipments and materials.
• Inspect all shipments for any damage.
• Read and match corresponding purchasing and shipping documents.
• Must be thorough and accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Label and organize all materials by project or department.
• Must have a high level of quality and care in their work.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Organize all warehouse materials and yard storage.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Experience and requirements:

- have a high level of forklift operation experience or certification.

• Ability to read and interpret material packing slips & purchase order documents.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Inventory pulling, stocking, and staging experience.
• General shop help and manufacturing warehouse experience.
• Able to read tape measure and lift up to 50 lbs.

Bonus skills and experience:

Manufacturing environment experience.

Forklift Certification.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Military experience.

OT and weekends may be required.

Must obtain own tools.

This entry level position is an Evaluation Hire.

This is a full-time, in-house position Monday - Thursday (10-hour shift) and is benefits eligible after a 90-day period.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
