Channel Letter/ Architectural Sign Fabricator

We are currently seeking to add a _Channel Letter/ Architectural Sign Fabricator_ to our team.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Fabricate various signage including channel letters, monument and cabinet signs, illuminated signage, etc.
Be a selfstarter and problem solver, capable of working without direct supervision.
Must be thorough and accurate with strong attention to details.
Ability to work individually and as a team member.
Must have a high level of quality and care in their work.
Maintain clean and safe work area.
Maintain, clean, and organize materials and yard storage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

Experience:

2+ years channel letter fabrication.
Experience with MIG welding procedures.
Metal signage fabrication experience (including aluminum and steel).
Experience with basic electrical LED wiring.
Experience with saws, brakes, and other metal fabricating equipment.
Able to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Bonus skills and experience:

Knowledge of Sign Industry manufacturing standards a plus.

Forklift Certification a plus.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to follow oral & written directions.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
OT and weekends may be required.

Must obtain own tools.

This position is an Evaluation Hire.

This is a full time, in-house position Monday - Thursday (10-hour shift) and is benefits eligible after a 90-day period.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
