Responsibilities

You will be responsible for negotiating and managing land acquisition, rental, and urban development contracts
You will be in charge of the project team and optimize all project-related work processes in technical, commercial, and legal aspects from design to building permit approval
You will initiate all necessary meetings, such as contacts with all project stakeholders (internal and external)
You will coordinate with our project managers to manage all internal and external project stakeholders, especially contracted engineering firms and specialist planners
You will create and manage initial profitability assessments within the development process and report directly to the branch manager

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering, possibly with a focus on urban planning, a degree in industrial engineering, or a real estate management education
You have several years of professional experience in real estate project development, residential and commercial construction experience
You have a confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills, a high degree of flexibility, good assertiveness, and a cost-conscious and entrepreneurial mindset
You are able to lead and guide a team and are open to constructive criticism
You enjoy working independently and taking full responsibility for projects
You are highly motivated and able to quickly understand complex situations
