Description
These are your responsibilities
- Providing telephone support to our customers for various issues and questions related to our IT services
- Qualifying incoming phone calls
- Handling disruptions and service requests from our customers
- Monitoring compliance with service levels by internal support teams and potentially external service providers (e.g. hardware field service)
- Assisting with documentation and monitoring of systems and processes
- Participating in IT support-related projects
What we expect from you
- Successfully completed education in the IT field or in a commercial area, or equivalent qualifications or several years of professional experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong service mentality and high level of customer orientation
- Very structured and independent way of working and quick comprehension
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in shift schedules
