Description

These are your responsibilities

  • Providing telephone support to our customers for various issues and questions related to our IT services
  • Qualifying incoming phone calls
  • Handling disruptions and service requests from our customers
  • Monitoring compliance with service levels by internal support teams and potentially external service providers (e.g. hardware field service)
  • Assisting with documentation and monitoring of systems and processes
  • Participating in IT support-related projects

What we expect from you

  • Successfully completed education in the IT field or in a commercial area, or equivalent qualifications or several years of professional experience in IT support
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong service mentality and high level of customer orientation
  • Very structured and independent way of working and quick comprehension
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in shift schedules
