Associate Project Manager - Part Time (Telephone Data Collection)

The Associate TelOps Project Manager will be a self-motivated and results driven individual who can effectively lead a team of direct reports, both onsite and work from home (WFH).

This person must be able to run the interviewing shift in the absence of the Shift Coordinator and have the skills and experience to fill in when the Coordinator is unavailable.

The TelOps Supervisor must be able to review the resources needed on all jobs for adequate coverage and direct the staff appropriately while ensuring all tools and information are being clearly communicated.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a working knowledge of SSRS' scope of work.
  • Effectively evaluate and manage sample/project needs, providing appropriate updates to leadership and client services staff, as appropriate.
  • Ensuring all PT Call Center Staff understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
  • Answering PT Staff questions and monitoring/evaluating performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities and taking corrective action, if necessary.
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals/project needs.
  • Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize quality and production.
  • Analyze and continuously improve existing processes, while monitoring for trends, changes in business needs and potential training and quality gaps.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:


  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Past work experience in a call center leadership role, highly preferred.
  • Desire to make an impact and grow in an exciting, fastpaced environment with renowned industry professionals.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects while preserving attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Passion for Data and highquality public opinion research.
