- Graphic design and layout of products such as business cards, signs, banners and buttons
- Copy editing and printing customer orders for personalized products
- Operation of equipment such as digital printing presses, die-cutters, heat-presses, industrial sewing machines
- Packaging and preparing finished products for shipping
- Using order management and related software
- Be motivated able to work in an environment that emphasizes fast execution, often with shifting priorities
- Have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Be team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" spirit
- Have a strong attention to detail and focus on product quality safety
- Have impeccable English grammar and punctuation
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
- Minimum 2 years of practical, hands-on graphic design and layout experience
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Project management experience
- Prior experience in printing and/or manufacturing operations is preferred
- Copy-editing experience is a plus
- Ability to read/speak Spanish fluently would be a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is strongly preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to operate equipment, performing repetitive operations, often while standing, up to 8 hours per day
- Able to lift 55 pounds and to maneuver in tight awkward spaces
- Available to work overtime as required to meet surges in customer demand
