At Alderwood Manor, WA, the WIP Trading AG brand stands behind Carhartt WIP.

Our Swiss company group began in the early 1990s as a licensee and European distributor of the American workwear manufacturer Carhartt.

Carhartt Work In Progress represents the ambition to constantly evolve without losing sight of our roots.

Over the past two decades, our company has grown organically - with time, our customers, our cultural environment, and most importantly, our employees who significantly shape and enrich Carhartt WIP with new perspectives.


We are looking for experienced designers to join our Digital Product Team in Berlin. Here, we constantly work on the development and improvement of our digital touchpoints, such as global websites, our B2B webshop, newsroom, digital asset management, and app.


Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the corresponding product teams
  • You will develop individual features, as well as ideas, templates, and systems for crosschannel applications
  • You are familiar with design systems, know what is technically feasible, and ensure that all applications follow the same design principles
  • You ensure that brand image and customer perspective are always a top priority

Qualifications:

  • You are a communicative and flexible team player with a handson mentality and have solid work experience in (digital) product design and conception of digital products
  • You have a technical understanding of modern ecommerce web stacks and the ability to communicate with product and development teams
