    As the Vice President, Growth Marketing, you are responsible for our Growth Marketing strategy and success, with a strong focus on rapid experimentation and testing across the customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).

    You have proven success in crafting effective growth marketing strategies for acquiring, expanding, and retaining users on SaaS products and platforms.

    You develop hypotheses and build experiments in collaboration with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams that get Pros to value faster.

    As a member of the Marketing leadership team, you play a crucial role in shaping company-wide acquisition and upsell strategies.

    You leverage your extensive network and deep business knowledge to anticipate best practices and trends, enabling Housecall Pro to plan for future business needs.

    You coach and develop the careers of your team members as they hone their craft.

    You collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to develop strong, trusting connections with stakeholders, uphold and exemplify our company values, and shape the culture within your area.

    What you do each day:
    Lead the Growth Marketing team to rapidly design and build experiments that lead to accelerated product / feature adoption and increased LTV Ensure Pros experience the full power of our products and solutions through deep and evolving understanding of our market segments and Pro pain points Develop effective growth marketing strategies defined by market segments and business size for retaining users and expanding their in-app and sales-assisted conversions Assess and qualify product-market fit to optimize the right features for each Pro's needs given their industry, size, and level of tech adoption Create, test and iterate Sales-led and Product-led conversion experiments across multiple market segments simultaneously, delivering offers at the right time for each Pro Develop and execute strategies to preemptively address customer retention and lifetime value through targeted engagement campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer communication journey across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Analytics and Product Work with the larger marketing and creative team to develop marketing assets that align with our voice, tone & brand guidelines (landing pages, emails, videos, one-sheets, etc)


    Responsible for performance against key top-line business goals including increasing sales, revenue growth, and minimizing churnQualifications: 10+ years of experience in marketing with extensive growth marketing leadership 2+ years SaaS experience at the senior leadership level Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent work experience Proven track record delivering high impact product growth strategies Experience owning a product growth target coupled with multiple product and feature launches per yearWhat will help you succeed in this role: Data-driven, highly analytical approach to growth marketing with proven discipline and rigor combined with a high level of curiosity and ability to problem solve Experience leading and growing a team to rapidly experiment and implement solutions Ability to provide vision and direction to senior leadership while translating plans into focused and manageable goals to your direct and indirect team Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment Proven experience implementing new processes, setting KPIs, monitoring results, and the ability to pivot when requiredFounded in 2013, Housecall Pro helps home service professionals (Pros) streamline every aspect of their business.
