    Job Description:
    Non-automotive company that is rapidly growing seeking

    a Warehouse Manager to join their team.

    The

    Warehouse Manager

    will focus on managing the organization, efficiency, and accuracy of the warehouse and inventory. They will be responsible for working effectively with all departments leaders including sales, production, purchasing, and accounting. They will also manage continuous improvement projects related to the warehouse. They require strong leadership skills, high organizational skills, and excellent communication. They will finally need to have excellent reporting skills for management reporting.


    Job Duties:

    Manage all warehouse personnel, inventory, and logistics.


    Ensures all warehouse personnel are professional and have high level of efficiency, and accuracy.


    Manages inventory control, both physically and in ERP with high accuracy.


    Ensures timely and accurate delivery of all equipment with high quality.


    Ensures timely and accurate delivery of all spare parts with high quality.


    Ensure timely replenishment of product into production.


    Effective management, maintenance, and replenishment of 2-bin/Kanban system and issues are reported to purchasing promptly.


    Ensure stock counts are conducted on-time and accurately, containment, root-cause analysis, corrective-action, and prevention.


    Ensures the effective management of incoming inspection of goods.


    Coordinate with purchasing on all container and shipment deliveries of product.


    Creates and streamlines all warehouse processes and procedures.


    Ensures an organized, clean, efficient, and safe warehouse.


    Regularly re-organizes warehouse based on data and needs and works with purchasing and accounting to ensure effectiveness.


    Manages the relationship and needs with off-site storage facilities.


    Manages all warehouse vendor relationships and solves vendor related issues.


    Ensures all warehouse equipment is maintained as scheduled.


    Works with sales and production on understanding forecasting goals to better plan for space allocation and adjustments


    Manages continuous improvement projects and timely and effective implementation.


    Analyzes all warehouse reporting data and KPI metrics, provides root-cause-analysis, and creates an action plan for improvements.


    Establishes a friendly, team-oriented environment and leads conflict-resolution.


    Engages, motivates, and coaches team.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.


    Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse manager.


    Experience in a (small) manufacturing environment preferred; assembly of multi component equipment.


    Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).


    Proficiency in an ERP and Inventory Management System.


    Managerial, leadership, and coaching training.


    Strong inventory management.


    Knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety, and operating regulations.


    Excellent communication skill, strong attention to details.


    Strong coaching and training skills
