Customer Service Advisor (Taylor, MI)

6:00 AM 2:30 PM, Weekdays

$At EW Grobbel, we have been proudly delivering high quality food for 140 years. Were looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor for our high volume business to business transactions. Work with warehouses and trucking companies to arrange timely delivery

High volume data entry and paperwork management to provide accurate and timely paperwork for each customer purchase order

Professionally communicate on phone with customers and consumers as needed to resolve issues

3+ years of experience in high volume data entry required

~50+ words per minute typing speed required

~ Prior experience with customer service

~ Proficiency in the Office 365 including Excel

~ Normal work week is Monday Friday
