Territory:
McLean, Vienna, Annandale,
Fredericksburg**
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to ideate and implement market
  • leading strategies and ensure business goals are realized.

Brand Consistency: Liaise with Ulta brand partners to ensure a harmonized in-store message.

Results-Driven Actions: Develop tailored action plans for each store, involving store management and Professional Skin Therapists (PSTs) where appointed and drawing from your insights into retail trends and customer preferences.

Event Management: Champion promotional activities, special events, and product launches.

Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with store management on inventory management.

Team Development:Spearhead education initiatives aimed at bolstering the business.


Relationship Building:

-
Strategic Planning: Organize quarterly reviews with Ulta's district and senior management teams.

Performance Reporting: Share sales outcomes with district partners and store teams as applicable.

Education Partnership: Work closely with both Ulta and Dermalogica Education to ensure PST compliance.


Administrative Duties:

-
Time Management: Uphold an effective calendar, and manage time and expenses responsibly.


Qualifications:


  • Esthetics license
    _highly preferred_:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or education experience within the prestige skin/retail industries
  • Multidoor account management experience
    required:
  • Proven ability to coach and train retail teams
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Good driving record (extensive driving required)
  • Fluent in basic tech tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with professional social media is advantageous.

  • Competitive base salary range: $62,000 to $65,000; exact base salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
