- Assist team managing client accounts, including new work order entry, handling requests, and resolving issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to client accounts, including contracts, proposals, pricing, and important information.
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in Avionte.
- Retain and update client and prospect data in Avionte.
- Support managing client relationships.
- Weekly Payroll and AP/AR issues.
- Collaborate to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the client and candidate experience.
- Offer support to the RSAM (Recruiting & Sales Account Manager) managing calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Additional duties assigned based on team development and revenue.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with client, candidates, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales/recruiting processes and terminology (preferred but not required).
