    Job Description

    Position Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Recruiting, Director of Property Management, Director of Human Resources, and Regional Directors, the Recruiter will be responsible for meeting all hiring objectives of RangeWater Real Estate. The Recruiter will manage the candidate pipeline by effectively sourcing and selecting all qualified candidates and guiding hiring managers through an effective hiring process.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Recruit outstanding team members across the United States.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure the effective and timely recruiting process.
    • Attend industry and university events to promote job opportunities at RangeWater Real Estate. Share promotional ideas with Community Directors and encourage their participation at events in their communities.
    • Maintain working knowledge of recruiting sources in communities throughout the United States. Recommend effective sourcing strategies for each position.
    • Establish appropriate screening questions. Schedule and conduct phone screen interviews, vetting for culture, personality, compensation requirements, fundamental and technical skills, and targeted competencies.
    • Provide value added customer service to hiring managers and top candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
    • Assist hiring managers with reference checks as needed.
    • Ensure a smooth transition of candidate status to team member onboarding.
    • Train hiring managers on the applicant tracking software and monitor progress daily.
    • Create hiring manager interview guides, and coach hiring managers to use legally compliant and highly effective interview skills.
    • Be a subject matter expert in leveraging Linked In, Facebook, Indeed and other platforms to identify active and passive candidates.
    • Prepare weekly reports with recruiting metrics, project status and recommendations.
    • Complies with RangeWater policies and performance expectations.
    • Work with placement firms for temporary hiring needs as required.
    • Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintain a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public. This includes the ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents.
    • Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater policies and performance expectations.
    Organizational Responsibilities:
    • Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s)
    • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s)
    • Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the recruiting efficiency, profitability, and productivity.
    • Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, leasing and sales tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.
    Work Hours (may vary by state or location): Company hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

    Education/Experience:

    Incumbent must possess a bachelor's degree; along with a minimum of two years on-site property management and supervisory experience preferred. Customer service, leasing and fair housing knowledge required. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are necessary.

    Computer Skills:

    Demonstrated proficiency in Power Point, word processing, spreadsheet management, presentation, computer and web-based training software, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficiency and fluency in using the internet.

    Certificates and Licenses:

    Current valid driver's license is required.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, type, handle, or feel and talk or hear. Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities. Must be able to operate golf carts at properties with golf carts, walk extended distances and navigate stairs to multiple levels daily.

    Incumbent must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Routine, local and long-distance travel may be required to attend/host training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
