REMOTE WORK

We are seeking a Recruitment Professional with experience in the full recruitment cycle, starting from identifying and attracting talents to conducting interviews and hiring exceptional team members.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy
Create and update job descriptions and specifications
Analyze job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and advertise job openings
Source and engage candidates through various platforms
Review resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using reliable methods
Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Implement best HR recruiting practices
Generate detailed recruitment reports
Establish strong relationships with candidates
Manage candidate data in the recruitment system
Track candidates throughout the recruitment process
Utilize recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter
Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews
Hands-on experience with different selection processes
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge of recruiting software and HR Information Systems
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
