    Jr. Business Systems Analyst at Abacus Technology


    Are you ready to join the team at Abacus Technology? We are looking for a skilled Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide management support for various functions including records and data management, configuration management, and cyber activities.
    • Conduct analysis to support the EESOH-MIS system managed by the AFLCMC/GBO PMO.
    • Manage projects and IT resources to develop functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
    • Document business needs and requirements to enhance the support of the Air Force CE mission.
    • Identify project goals, schedule meetings, and ensure proper documentation.
    • Manage requirements and facilitate discussions with user groups.
    • Document functional requirements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
    • Assist in updating the Business Domain Model as necessary.
    • Generate Epics, Features, and Stories for approved projects.
    • Provide support for system maintenance and new development activities.
    • Support various functional management activities related to EESOH-MIS.

    Qualifications


    Do you have over 8 years of experience in business or systems analysis? Are you a US Citizen with a Bachelor's degree in a related field? We are looking for candidates who excel in gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements, with experience in tools like Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence. The ideal candidate is adaptable, strategic, and a strong communicator capable of working across all levels of an organization.
