    Description

    Our client, a prestigious top Am Law 200 law firm is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing Finance team. This is a growth position supporting the firm's financial operations, and supporting strategic decision-making for a top law firm.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
    • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
    • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
    • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
    • Familiarity with the legal industry financial metrics or professional service firms (a plus).
    • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) with strong financial modeling skills.
    • Experience with financial databases and data analysis tools like OLAP cubes (preferred).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
