We are currently seeking a

Chinese-speaking Trainee Patent Paralegal (m/f/d)
for our Munich office, starting in the 2023/2024 training year on September 1, 2023.

Your responsibilities

You can expect an interesting and diverse job with connections to law, foreign languages, and technology
Correspondence with clients, authorities, and foreign attorneys in German, English, and Chinese
Preparation of documents for applications for intellectual property rights, creation of formal documents, file management, monitoring of deadlines, etc.
You will support the patent attorneys and patent paralegals in all areas of industrial property protection.

Your profile

Excellent Chinese skills (level C1/C2)
Very good German skills (at least level B2)
Solid English skills (at least level B1)
High school diploma, technical diploma, very good intermediate school leaving certificate, or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills
Organizational skills
Interest in legal work
Reliability
