Electronics Technician for Customer Service (m/f/d) for our client in Bayreuth.

These are your tasks:

• Conducting structured fault analyses on circuit boards and devices

• Processing and handling customer complaints

• Completing rework/repairs within a given timeframe to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure timely deliveries to customers

Our requirements:


• Training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way

• Experience in repairing electronic and mechatronic components

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• High level of independence and responsibility

• Communication and teamwork skills
