    The DHHS Human Resources Service Center is currently recruiting a talented human resources professional to join our staff in providing human resources services and support for DHHS managers, supervisors and staff on a state-wide basis. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity in a fast-paced environment that will allow you to develop your skills in the areas of labor relations, compensation administration, and management support.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Your duties will include providing ongoing human resources support to DHHS managers and supervisors, and perform a broad range of Human Resources functions in the areas of Workers' Compensation, OSHA reporting, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, Family and Medical Leave (FML) administration, employee grievances and personnel investigations. An important component of this work is the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of DHHS managers, supervisors, and employees. The ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively, work collaboratively with customers and team members and communicate effectively are essential to be successful in this position.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    To qualify, you must have demonstrated education and/or experience in human resources or a related field.

    Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated skills and experience in successfully providing a broad range of human resources-related support to managers and supervisors and the ability to effectively prioritize and accomplish duties in a fast-paced work setting while providing exceptional customer service.
