    As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by feeding materials into or removing materials from machines or equipment that are automatic or tended by other workers. This position requires a diligent individual who can work effectively within a team environment and ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.


    Responsibilities:
    • Feed materials into machines or equipment according to production specifications.
    • Monitor the flow of materials and adjust feed rates as necessary to maintain optimal machine performance.
    • Remove finished products or waste materials from machines or equipment and transfer them to designated areas.
    • Assist machine operators or other workers in loading and unloading materials as needed.
    • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to uphold quality and safety standards.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
    • Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is beneficial.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

    Working Hours: 5:45AM-6:15PM
