RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team to meet standards of safety and quality
- Responsible for managing job site activities being mindful of schedule and budget
- Communicate changes and updates with the project team, customers, and subcontractors
- Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to excavators, loaders, dozers, compactors, and skid steers
- Perform general labor surrounding site development, including but not limited to concrete, land clearing, grading, castinplace concrete, underground utilities, and landscaping
- Assist with equipment maintenance
- Document project information both written and digital
- Teach and mentor crew members
- Responsible for following OSHA rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licenses and Certification_
- Valid CDL driver's license
- Valid Hoisters 2A
- OSHA 30
- Experience_
- 5+ years working on excavation and earthworks construction projects
- 2 + years in a similar role

Pay:
$ $38.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
