    Description

    TEKsystems is looking to hire a Facilities Support Coordinator to work with one of the largest, well-know restaurants in the nation. If you have 2-3+ years of Tier I/Customer Support experience and are looking to continue your career at an excellent company - apply today

    • Pay: $24.52/hour
    • Shift: Must be available from 6:30am-2:30am
      • Will be placed on an 8 hour shift within this window
      • Shifts will change every twice per year
    • Hybrid: Office located in downtown Columbus, OH
      • Any shift starting before 2:30pm will be in-office
      • Any shift starting after 2:30pm will be remote
      • Any shift on Fri-Sun will be remote

    Job Description:

    • As the Facilities Support Coordinator, you will contribute to the overall success of the restaurants by receiving and responding to restaurant facility work orders.
    • The FSC responds to restaurants and internal/external vendors via the company syste, phone calls, and email.
    • Proactively addressing and efficiently processing work orders from restaurants and both internal and external vendors.
    • Thoroughly assess, evaluate, and if required, re-categorize work orders to optimize organizational efficiency.
    • Initiate direct communication with restaurant managers when additional clarity is needed for work orders, offering insightful troubleshooting recommendations to swiftly resolve any issues.
    • Identify and address any challenges or discrepancies arising within the work order tracking platform, ensuring seamless operations and unhindered progress.
    • Strategically schedule and coordinate activities such as Preventative Maintenance, Warranty service, and other essential services based on meticulous prioritization of issue severity and business impact.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2-3+ years of Tier I/Customer Support experience
    • Flexibility to accommodate regular and non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
    • Effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
    • Proficient with use of a PC, along with MS Office Suite software
    • Sense of urgency when completing multiple tasks or competing priorities
    • B.A./B.S. is preferred (not required)
    • Prior facilities/restaurant operations knowledge is preferred (not required)
