- Pay: $24.52/hour
- Shift: must be open to working an 8 hour shift from 6:30am-2:30am Sunday-Saturday
- Shifts are set upon hire, but shift bids/changes occur every 6 months
- In-office position or hybrid position (depending on shift)
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurants by receiving and responding to restaurant facility work orders
- Responds to restaurants and internal/external vendors via phone and email
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and great customer service skills
- Thoroughly assess and evaluate work orders to optimize organizational efficiency
- Initiate direct communication with restaurant managers when additional clarity is needed for work orders
- Identify and address any challenges or discrepancies arising within the work order tracking platform
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of Tier I/Technical Customer Support experience
- Flexibility to accommodate regular and non-traditional hours (the FSC Team operates from 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM daily)
- Effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Proficient with us of a PC, along with MS Office Suite software
- Sense of urgency when completing multiple tasks or competing priorities
- Prior restaurant/facility operations preferred, not required
- BS/BA degree preferred, not required
