Accounts Payable Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:

• The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle data entry of 200 invoices per day.
• Code invoices and get approvals.
• The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage all vendor inquiries.
• Prepare accounts payable checks and stuff in envelopes.
• The Accounts Payable Coordinator will prepare accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills
