We provide excellent technical services to our clients, from feasibility studies and planning to construction management and commissioning of chemical, petrochemical, and LNG terminals.

We have been in the plant construction business since 1984, with our strengths lying in project management, engineering, and construction management.

We are currently seeking a Technical Building Services Manager (m/f/d) for an LNG terminal in Stade, Lower Saxony.

  • Management of technical building services (electrical or supply engineering)
  • Construction supervision
  • Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality during the installation process
  • Measurement, invoice, and change order review and processing/conducting meetings
  • Independent development of technical solutions
  • Review of documentation
  • Representation of our interests as general contractor to subcontractors and clients
  • Coordination of construction site activities for the specific trade
  • Project support during the warranty period

Professionally and personally - your qualifications are convincing.

  • Successfully completed degree in supply engineering/building and energy technology/electrical engineering, statecertified technician, or master craftsman
  • Extensive professional experience in the field of technical building services management
  • Proficient in MS Office and bidding software
