Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tasks related to property management
  • Managing tenants in ongoing projects and acting as the first point of contact for our tenants and contract partners
  • Preparing location analyses, property takeovers, and rental agreements
  • Managing appointments and conducting property viewings
  • Posting and monitoring advertisements on various platforms
  • Identifying potential for optimization in terms of digitizing documents and processes
  • Developing content for presentations and other materials

What you bring:

  • A current or completed degree or education (preferably in the field of real estate, business administration, or similar)
  • Ideally, some practical experience in property management or a related field
  • Good knowledge of office communication and MS Office programs
  • Strong customer orientation, independent and responsible work style
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with tenants, service providers, and business partners
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Interest in working for a growthoriented company that focuses on futureoriented living
