Your responsibilities:

Organizing, monitoring, and billing of renovation, maintenance, and conversion projects
Monitoring construction processes and ensuring compliance with quality, quantity, cost, and deadline requirements
Managing and billing external architecture and engineering firms
Tendering, awarding, and monitoring maintenance and service contracts
Implementing contract, planning, and construction control
Creating and reviewing performance specifications
Preparing and supporting tender processes
Providing technical advice to support property management

Your profile:

Ideally, you have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field, or have a relevant qualification as a technician.

You have several years of professional experience in planning and managing construction projects.
You have a solid understanding of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB).
You have a confident and professional demeanor and excel in communication.
You are customer-oriented, a team player, and demonstrate independent and reliable work.
