    Hiring Immediately in Augusta GA
    Experienced Admin Asst with exceptional skills.
    Full Time - Temp to Hire Position 8am to 5 pm Monday - Friday
    Responsibilities:
    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
    • Plan and schedule appointments for crew.
    • Greet and assist onsite guest.
    • Answer and dispatch inbound calls with follow up tracking.
    • Develop, implement and maintain organized filing systems.
    • Perform all other office tasks as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Available to start immediately.
    • Previous experience in office administration, invoicing, tracking jobs.
    • Ability to prioritize and multi task a wide range of work orders, employees and schedules.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to details.
    • Strong organizational skills.
