We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the luxurious lifestyle and personalized service needs of an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with affluent clients in managing their estates, properties, and day-to-day affairs with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

You will be also required to travel with a flexible schedule for extensive periods of time year-round.


Job Description:


As the Hospitality Manager for an UHNW family, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service and managing various aspects of their lifestyle.

From overseeing household staff to coordinating lavish events and travel arrangements, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the family's high-end living experience.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing world-class service to meet the family's unique needs and preferences.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise household staff, including butlers, chefs, housekeepers, and security personnel
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of the family's properties, estates, and vacation homes
  • Plan and execute special events, parties, and gatherings hosted by the family
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for domestic and international travel
  • Liaise with private chefs and catering services to ensure gourmet dining experiences
  • Implement security measures to protect the family's privacy and safety
  • Provide concierge services for various personal errands, reservations, and appointments
  • Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial transactions with discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility in schedule and working hours.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a highnetworth or luxury setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with affluent clients and staff members
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's personal affairs and sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Knowledge of fine dining, event planning, and luxury travel arrangements is a plus

Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year


Experience:

Estate Management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Hospitality management: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
