As we continue to expand, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Call Center Agents, providing excellent service and support to our customers over the phone.


As a Call Center Agent at Chat Genie Café, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with inquiries, orders, and reservations over the phone.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders for pickup or delivery, providing information about menu items, specials, and promotions, and processing payments over the phone.
  • Taking reservations and managing the café's reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
  • Providing support to customers with questions or issues related to their orders, including tracking order status, resolving delivery issues, and addressing any concerns.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our call center software system.
  • Collaborating with café staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their needs, and finding solutions to their concerns.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate call center software systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and use a telephone headset comfortably.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of coffee and café menu items preferred but not required.
  • Experience with reservation systems or booking software is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle a high volume of calls.
