Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and monitoring of mail and email correspondence
  • Support with administrative tasks for project and object management
  • Assistance with creating presentations
  • Preparation and followup of appointments
  • Support with object reports
  • Maintenance of internal statistics
  • Participation in events
  • Monitoring of profitability: merchandise budget, personnel planning and development for responsible areas

Your profile:

  • Qualifications: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or further education in the secretarial/assistant field
  • Experience: You have initial professional experience in the described area of responsibility and/or as a team assistant
  • Knowledge: You have a confident handling of MS Office programs
  • Personality: You are motivated, committed and integrate well into the existing team
  • Work style: You have a careful, structured and reliable way of working
