    Job Description

    Be part of a cool team! We're looking for a detail-oriented and self-managed Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for an Insurance and Financial Service company with immediate job availability.

    Duties include, but not limited to the following:

    • Handling Payroll A/R, A/P
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office
    • Managing bank and accounts (General Ledger)
    • Answering phones and welcoming clients with professionalism
    • Crafting professional letters and emails
    • Working on Excel Spreadsheets
    • Demonstrating excellent computer skills

    The ideal candidate should be punctual and have reliable transportation. Additionally, critical-thinking capabilities, trustworthiness, self-motivation, and organizational skills are key. Ability to support the owner administratively is a plus!
