- Provide expert legal counsel and support in mergers and acquisitions transactions, focusing on healthcare clients.
- Handle the acquisition process of physician and dental practices, ensuring legal compliance and client objectives are met.
- Represent and advise private equity funds and/or healthcare providers in various legal transactions-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, preferably within a law firm setting.
- Proven experience working with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
- Additional experience or demonstrated interest in behavioral health is considered a strong asset.
- High level of academic achievement, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Previous law firm experience is required.
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
- Exceptional legal research and analysis skills.
- Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
