Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Seattle is seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 6+ years of experience in IP litigation, preferably with trial experience.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background in software, computer science, electrical, or mechanical areas. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality client service are essential.
Conduct research and analysis in intellectual property law.
Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Interface directly with clients and provide legal counsel.
Collaborate with experienced lawyers to handle complex IP litigation matters.
Mentor junior associates and support staff as needed.
6+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with trial experience preferred.
