- Interpret governing documents for our community association clients.
- Revise documents to be more clear and to cultivate the community's goals.
- Advise boards and managers on wide-ranging issues including construction contracts, disputes among neighbors, responsibility for costs, and more.
- Handle client meetings and, when needed, court hearings.
- Review, revise, and/or draft contracts, loan documents, and more.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction industry a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Average work hours: 40/week
